One United Properties is a leading developer of premium residential real estate. One United has several high-end residential projects completed (188 units), under construction (340 units) and in the near pipeline in Bucharest’s Northern area (484 units). An office building of 24,000 sqm GLA is also at planning stage. One United Properties' founders started developing residential compounds in 2006, and under this brand name starting with 2011.
